This photo is a great example in my mind because the background is nice an plain so it focuses heavily on the content of the image, the birds on the wire.
In this photo, the man is clearly the main focus, but the simple two tone background is great at highlighting the man.
This photo also works very well since it is shows the clashing of two fields. it has two main colors and yet it has a lot of detail.
